Repeat Prescriptions

If you require long-term medication, your doctor will authorise prescriptions for a set period before a review is needed.

Please give 5 working days notice for all requests in order that we can process, check and dispatch these to you.

1. Order Online

• Use the NHS App, Anima, or Patient Access to request medication securely.
• If you cannot use these services, the Request Repeat Prescription link at the bottom of the page is an alternative.

2. Order by Post or In Person

• Use the request slip attached to your previous prescription.
• Tick the required items and either post it to the practice or drop it in the designated box at the entrance.

3. Order Through Your Local Pharmacy

• Consult your pharmacist for assistance with the ordering process.

Important Note:
The practice does not accept prescription requests over the phone due to potential errors and the associated clinical risks.

NHS Prescription Charges
With effect of 1st April 2024 the cost of a single prescription is £9.90
