Accessing someone else’s information (Proxy access)
As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.

Self-referral
Refer yourself to a health service such as talking therapies without having to see a GP first.
Healthy living
NHS advice about healthy living, including eating a balanced diet, healthy weight, exercise, quitting smoking and drinking less alcohol.
Veterans and Armed Forces Support
We are proud to support members of the Armed Forces community. If you are a veteran, please inform reception so we can update your medical record.
Referrals
If your doctor refers you for hospital treatment or specialist care, you will have the option to choose where you would like to go. You will be provided with a unique booking number, enabling you to contact your chosen hospital and schedule an appointment at a convenient time.
Non-NHS Services
All charges are per patient and subject to change without prior notification. Please check with reception if you are unsure of the fee.
There may be other non-NHS services not shown above for which a charge will be levied. Your GP or reception staff will advise you at the time.
Please note we no longer provide medical certificates for firearms licenses.
Additional Patient Services
You are part of East Northants Primary Care Network.
Your Primary Care Network (PCN) consists of groups of local general practices working together, and in partnership with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services.
Working together means we can offer more personalised, holistic and coordinated health and social care approach and direct you to the right specialists.
Social Prescribing
Social Prescribing is a new free service available to adults (18+) who are ready to make a change in their lives to improve their health and wellbeing.
A Social Prescribing Link Worker will support you to access activities and services within your community, enabling you to improve your health and wellbeing helping you to stay well.
