Travel Vaccinations

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the Travel Nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. 

Please complete and return our Travel Questionnaire at least 8 weeks before you are due to travel. If you require vaccines, you will need an appointment with our Practice Nurse at least 4 to 6 weeks before you go. This gives us time to review your medical records, check that your UK vaccinations are up-to-date and arrange malaria tablets, should these be necessary.

Please provide information on the countries / areas that you will be visiting and the dates that you will be travelling in order for the Travel Nurse to determine what vaccines are required.

Travel vaccines are normally stock items, but sometimes we may need to order them in for you or refer you to a specialist Travel Clinic.There may be charges for certain travel vaccines.
